Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website only. It describes the information the site collects from visitors, why it is collected and how long it is kept. It does not cover information you give us in person, by telephone or in a contract.

The quote request form asks for your name, email address and message, which are required, and for your telephone number, company, country and the product category you are interested in, which are optional. Nothing else is collected by the form, and there are no hidden fields.

A completed form is sent by email to our own enquiry mailbox and is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. It is not added to a marketing list, it is not sold or shared with third parties, and it is not stored in a database on this website — the site keeps no record of a submission once the email has been sent.

This site sets exactly one cookie. When you choose a language from the language switcher, that choice is saved so that your next visit opens in the same language. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking of any kind. The Cookie Policy describes this in more detail.

If you arrive with no saved language choice and your browser does not ask for one of our languages, the server makes one guess at a suitable language from the country your IP address belongs to. That lookup is made against a database stored on our own server — your address is not sent to any geolocation service — and the result is used only to choose which language to show you. You can override it at any time from the language switcher.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our office. It is loaded by your browser directly from Google, only when you scroll to it, and Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address when it loads. That part of the page is governed by Google's privacy policy, not by ours.

Like any web server, the server hosting this site records requests it receives, which can include IP addresses, timestamps and the pages requested. These logs exist to keep the site running securely and are retained only as long as they are useful for that purpose.

All typefaces and all images on this site are served from this website's own domain. No font, image or script is loaded from a third-party network, which means no third party learns that you visited a page here — with the single exception of the embedded map described above.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on the contact page and we will respond.

If this site's behaviour changes, this page changes with it. It describes what the site does now, not a general statement of intent.
